Our move-in or move out cleaning checklist is very thorough and will leave your rental home sparkling. If you missing anything on the list – please let us know and we will add that to your request.  

If you do not need a thorough clean, we can customize your move-in or move-out clean to fit your needs and your budget.

REMEMBER: We can keep eye on your property! If you add cleaning services to your monthly rent we can do monthly cleaning and “check up”  for you. We will report to you any damage that we may see.

If you keep your rental property clean and maintained it will also keep the value of the rental property higher!

KITCHENS/ DRY SINK AREA/BAR AREA:

• Remove cobwebs
• Remove trash and clean entire garbage container in/out with germicidal cleaner
• Place dishes in the dishwasher or wash dishes by hand
• Sanitize and clean counter tops including under small appliances and Knicks Knacks
• Wipe down exterior of all cabinet doors
• Pantry – clean and organize (only on request)
• Clean and sanitize sink
• Clean interior and exterior of all small appliances
• Clean exterior of all major appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, vine fridge, etc.)
• Clean exterior of range hood
• Clean interior cupboards under sink using a germicidal cleaner(only on request)
• Sweep, mop and disinfect all floors
• Clean back splash
• Dust all blinds throughout
• Dust or wipe down all baseboards
• Clean all light switches and light plugs
• Windex window above sink (if applicable)
• Dust and wipe all kitchen furniture
• Dust and wipe all picture frames
• Clean lighting fixtures
• Wipe and clean all window ledges
• Windex patio doors
• Dust sealing fan
• Clean dry sink area
• Wash all bear floors with germicidal cleaner

BEDROOMS:

• Remove cobwebs
• Change bed linens (only on request)
• Remove trash and clean entire trash container with germicidal cleaner(if applicable)
• Dust all blinds throughout
• Clean all light switches and light plugs
• Dust and wipe all  mirrors
• Dust all vent grills
• Dust and wipe all headboards and footboards
• Dust and wipe all furniture
• Dust and wipe all picture frames
• Dust all lamps and light fixtures
• Wipe and clean all window sills and ledges
• Dust or wipe down all baseboards
• Sweep/vacuum, mop and disinfect all bear floors
• Vacuum carpets

BATHROOMS:

• Remove cobwebs
• Remove trash to designate it area
• Dust all blinds throughout
• Clean ceiling fan/vent
• Dust light fixtures
• Clean all light switches and light plugs
• Dust and wipe all door frames, doors and door handles (only on request)
• Clean and sanitize wall tiles
• Clean and sanitize bath tubs with germicidal cleaner
• Clean and sanitize shower glass doors (if applicable)
• Clean and shine bathroom fixtures
• Disinfect inside and out of toilets bowl, including toilet seat and behind toilet (using germicidal cleaner)
• Clean vanity top
• Wipe down all cabinets doors
• Clean and sanitize sinks
• Windex all mirrors
• Change bath towels (only on request)
• Dust and wipe all picture frames and Knick Knacks
• Dust all lighting fixtures
• Dust or wipe down all baseboards, dust of wipe all window frames
• Wipe and clean all window sills and ledges
• Sweep, mop and sanitize all floors

LAUNDRY ROOM

• Remove cobwebs
• Dust all blinds throughout
• Dust and clean exterior washer and dryer
• Dust and wipe exterior cabinet doors
• Dust light fixture
• Sweep, mop and sanitize all floors
• Clean glass mirrors (if applicable)
• Dust and wipe all picture frames and furniture
• Dust all lighting fixtures and vents
• Wipe and clean all window sills and ledges

ON REQUEST

• Wash baseboards
• Wash walls
• Wash all blinds
• Windex interior of windows
• Windex interior/exterior of patio doors (weather permitting)
• Clean interior stove
• Clean interior fridge
• Clean interior/exterior front doors (weather permitting)

FOYER, FAMILY, LIVING ROOM, DINING, OFFICE, EXCERSICE ROOM, BASEMENT or OTHER…

• Remove cobwebs (if applicable)
• Take out all the garbage from each room in to the designated area (on request only)
• Inside of the Coat and Shoe Closet (clean and organize  - only on request)
• Dust and wipe all furniture
• Dust all vents
• Dust and wipe all picture frames
• Dust fire place (if applicable))
• Dust TV set (If applicable)
• Dust all blinds throughout
• Clean all light switches and light plugs
• Dust all lamps
• Wipe down all window sills
• Windex glass mirrors
• Straighten all pillows on sofas/chairs
• Vacuum all sofas and chairs
• Vacuum carpets
• Sweep or vacuum all other floors (especially for animal lowers a good vacuuming is ideal)
• Mop and disinfect all floors
